Last week we changed providers for our direct debit process (under our software companies preference). There have been some families that during the changeover have been inadvertently charged twice. This should be rectified by the fact that your account will be in credit and you will not be charged again next week on your usual cycle. If this has caused any dishonour fees could you please let me know and the school will credit your account by this amount. We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience,
