Dear Parents,
We are currently reviewing our enrolment documentation at the centre and ask that any parents who have:
*changed their contact details
*have extra emergency contact people they would like added to their child’s form
*have updated health information (particularly that relating to new allergies )
*have assessments from outside agencies (eg: speech pathologists, Occupational Therapists or Paediatric Psychologists)
Please pass this information to us as soon as possible. We are also aware that some information is missing or not in enough detail in our current forms and so some parents may be approached for further information for their child’s form and the centres records.
