Langley

Dear Langley Families and Friends,

This week the children have been introduced to a wide range of new experiences.

They have enjoyed exploring colour in more depth while engaging in some new colour matching games, painting at the easels, reading books and sorting a range of coloured items.

We also enjoyed moving and grooving to some music. This was a hit! We will repeat this experience regularly over the next few weeks.

As this term is drawing to an end we will be saying goodbye to some of our children. To prepare for the move we have been transitioning the children to the Cooper room. They have been having short visits that will help them to familiarise themselves with the classroom and their new Educators.

REMINDERS

Your children love sharing their learning with you! If you take your child’s portfolio home can you please let an Educator know and also return it in a prompt manner. We are finding that we are unable to add your child’s most recent learning to them, as portfolios are missing.

As the weather becomes colder we ask that you try to send a spare change of clothes to school in your child’s bag. If you like you can also send a pair of gumboots and a rain jacket so we can explore the yard even when it is a little wet.

We hope that you have a lovely weekend.

Miss Kathy, Miss Amelia, Miss Georgia, Miss Nicole and Miss Tayla
