In the Mead Room this week we have been
discussing Christmas as a part of our Show and Share -
Kian
– You know what we put
on top of our Christmas tree? A angel, with decorations. We went to bed and he
opened the front door because we don’t have a chimney.
Aston – I love Christmas, sparkles on my
Christmas tree.
Benji
– Its Jesus’ birthday.
Addison
- We put a star on the
Christmas Tree, we need a ladder to get to the top. We take a Christmas photo
on the couch. I know Father Christmas
has been to my home because we get lots of presents. We do Christmas because baby Jesus was born
in a stable.
They saw a star.
Louis
- The farmers come to
celebrate the birth of Jesus, they find him in a stable, in a manger. The star showed them where to find him. The
presents are in the lounge room under the Christmas Tree. Father Christmas put
them there. We give him food – Freddo
Frogs!
We visited the enormous Christmas tree
just outside Piper Pavilion and noticed:
Ned
– a star
Charlie B – a star like what was over the
stable
Braxton – Balls
Lucy – That’s decorations
Don’t forget the Mead Room Xmas Picnic is being held Sunday November 22nd .
