A big warm welcome back to Miss Nicole who has returned from
Maternity leave. Please come and introduce yourself if you haven’t already J
On Monday morning our friend Heidi came to visit us from Dancify.
Heidi showed us some very exciting new dance moves and she let us dance to some
of our favourite songs from ‘The Wiggles’. As you can imagine our Wilkins
friends really enjoyed this.
There has been lots of cooking in our Sandpit Kitchen this week.
The Wilkins friends have been having lots of conversations about what they have
been cooking for each other.
“I cooking chicken and chips!” – Oliwer
“It’s hot!” – Paige
“I’m cooking too!” – Sienna
On Wednesday morning, the Wilkins teachers witnessed a pretend fire
in the Sandpit kitchen. Firemen Sam, James, Charlie and Alexander were to the
rescue. They used red buckets
as their fire helmets and used the hose to put out the fire. What an eventful
time this was.
We also wish to inform you that Miss Amy is leaving to commence
her teaching career. Miss Amy’s last day will be on Wednesday the 10th of June.
In the interim, Miss Ellen will working in the Wilkins room until further
notice.
