It will be the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations (Moon Festival or Lantern Festival) down on the river at Elder Park on Monday afternoon from 3.30- 8 pm and there will be lantern parades and Chinese food, entertainment. The Oz Asia Festival website has more details.
