Dear Parents of Chapple students,
As students are about to move to school we have scheduled Child and Youth Health services to visit us so that children can have their final check before school. Parents have received a form to complete in their pigeon holes this week. If you would like to avail yourself of this opportunity please complete the form and hand it back to Alexandra Marcus. Then simply pop into the classroom and choose a time slot on the published schedule. Please note that a parent is required to attend the health appointment with the child and that you will need to bring your blue CAFHS book with you (if you can find it). Participation in these health visits are not compulsory and they are offered for your convenience only.
